Introduction

Are you disabled, suffering from a chronic illness or just feel ill whilst on holiday? It is a comfort to know that there is somewhere you can go for help and advice.

Perfect Health S.L. is here to help. Based in the centre of the C.C. Fañabe Plaza, Costa Adeje, we offer a wide range of services, from Health advice, conventional medicine and complimentary therapies. All our staff are English speaking and fully qualified in their own specialities.

Services available in your Hotel or Apartment

Nursing or Care Assistant

Should you require either of these services, this can be arranged between the hours of 8am or 8pm. either call the centre direct or ask the hotel staff to call for you?

Disabled Services

We are happy to provide you with Care staff for your stay and can advise you on mobility aids.

Our centre is disable-friendly. We can also supply you with your disposable items which can be ordered and delivered to your hotel prior to your holiday. We aim to make your holiday as stress-free as possible.

Services available at the Centre

Medical

Our nurse at the centre can provide you with advice and if required, can refer you to the appropriate service. E.g. Doctor or hospital. Our centre also provides you with the facility to have blood taken for I.N.R., Cholesterol and Blood Glucose samples. These are collected during the morning and the results would be available either later in the day or the next morning. Dressings, Injections and general controls such as Blood Pressure and finger prick Blood Glucose are not a problem. Our nurse is available all day from 10am—6pm, Monday to Friday. Most other nursing needs can be provided. Should you require seeing a doctor, we hold a surgery from 3pm every Friday by appointment only. Any other time, by arrangement. Our doctor or nurse is available to visit you in your hotel or holiday apartment.

Complimentary Services

Chiropody and Podiatry

Often, our feet are tired and sore whilst on holiday, not to mention blistered from wearing new shoes. Erica, our Chiropodist is available by appointment. She specialises in diabetic foot care. (It is most important that diabetics look after their feet and should not ignore blisters and cuts.)

Reflexology

Helps with anxiety, relaxation and increases energy levels. Indian Head massage and Ear candling which is particularly helpful if you have congestion or problems in the ears through flying.

Acupuncture

Helps with back pain, rheumatism, skin conditions and many more. You may have had treatment at home and either want to continue, or find you have a need for further treatment.

Osteopathy

Fell off a sun bed and hurt your back? Treatment through Osteopathy will improve the situation.

Massage

Come on holiday to relax and de-stress? Treat yourself to a relaxing massage from head and shoulders to a full Swedish or aromatherapy massage.

Perfect Health S.L. would like to inform you that as of 31/05/08, we have relocated. We are expanding our services into the community and becoming more mobile.

We intend to set-up several locations in various areas in order to provide a more accessible service to those who find it difficult to travel.

As from the 16th June, our first location is Bellissimas, San Eugenio alto (behind Roys Pizza) on Tuesdays and Fridays. Other than this, our team are happy to visit you at home by appointment.

Jane and Dr.De La Flor continue to provide our Healthcare Services as before with the valued back-up of their team of therapists.
