Booking Terms

Any person confirming a booking with Blue Badge Mobility Limited or Blue Badge Mobility Tenerife accepts to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Any person not agreeing with these conditions, should not proceed with a booking. Users of our website must be 18 years old or over.

Blue Badge Mobility Limited have authorised Blue Badge Mobility Tenerife with NIE number X-8543356-Y to act as a booking and administration agent for overseas suppliers who provide pre-booked in resort transportation between airports and hotels, apartments and holiday accommodation either by shuttle bus, private transfer, coach or taxi. Blue Badge Mobility Tenerife also act as a booking and administration agent for overseas suppliers who provide wheelchair and electric scooter hire along with other disability aids. In making a booking on this website you are entering into a direct contract with the overseas suppliers. Blue Badge Mobility Tenerife, as a booking agent, therefore only accepts liability for the quality of the clerical and administration service.

In case of group bookings, the person making the booking acts as the principal for other members of the group and agrees to accept the terms and conditions on behalf of the other group members. The number of people travelling will not exceed the number of people on the booking confirmation. Infants under 2 years of age still count as one person in a taxi or minibus or any other transport supplied and in accordance with local laws.

Bookings can be made by following the simple instructions on this website up to 48 hours prior to date of travel. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided when a booking is made. This confirmation email must be presented to the overseas representative upon arrival at the destination airport. The confirmation is issued only on the basis that all information provided is accurate and that payment is made in full at time of booking unless otherwise requested and agreed. Payment is accepted by Blue Badge Mobility Limited or Blue Badge Mobility Tenerife on behalf of the overseas supplier.

Blue Badge Mobility Limited and Blue Badge Mobility Tenerife cannot be responsible for any incorrect information provided by the user at time of booking. Any amendments to the booking (flight numbers, name, etc) can be communicated to our us by email on bookings@bluebadge-tenerife.com. An administration charge may apply for any correctional work undertaken by the company and authorised agent. An updated confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on the original booking.

Any person wishing to make a booking less than 48 hours prior to date of travel can telephone, fax or email us. Prices may change without any prior notice. The price payable is the amount displayed on the website at time of making the booking. If prices subsequently rise prior to the delivery of the service, you will not be asked to pay more. Likewise, if prices fall, you will not receive a refund.

Overseas suppliers and their representatives/drivers reserve the right to refuse to carry person's who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who could be considered a threat or danger to other passengers. It is not permitted to smoke or consume alcohol on board any of the vehicles.

Luggage is limited to one suitcase per person and one piece of hand luggage per person. Blue Badge Mobility Limited or Blue Badge Mobility Tenerife must be advised of any excess luggage at time of booking (such as golf clubs, wheelchairs, diving equipment, pushchairs etc). If any extra costs for this are to apply, Blue Badge Mobility Limited or Blue Badge Mobility Tenerife will communicate this via email. Extra costs must be paid for prior to travelling or as agreed. On arrival at destination, local representatives reserve the right to refuse to carry excess baggage without prior arrangements have being made to accommodate this. All baggage must be clearly labelled with travellers name and destination address. Passenger’s baggage is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage. Travellers are therefore advised to check their own travel insurance.

To the best of our knowledge, all overseas service providers are fully insured in accordance with the local laws and national regulations and their vehicles are insured for public liability and passenger/third party claims.

Blue Badge Mobility Limited and Blue Badge Mobility Tenerife and its overseas suppliers will endeavour to provide a comfortable reliable service however there are sometimes circumstances beyond our control that may prevent us from achieving this.

Credit/debit card or bank transfers are subject to a 2% administration charge. We reserve the right to change any prices without prior notification.

Bookings can be cancelled by email to bookings@bluebadge-tenerife.com or by fax or telephone. The following cancellation charges apply: 50% of your booking charge. This will only apply if the booking has been confirmed once your payment has been made. If the booking has not been confirmed there will be no cancellation charge.
