A: This depends on the choice you made at time of booking. Payment on arrival is cash on arrival. Credit/debit card payments are usually made to the driver on the delivery of equipment hired. Please note : a hire agreement is to be signed and proof of ID is required. If you prefer credit/debit card payments can be made in advance using Pay Pal.

A: Yes... even if you don't have transfers with us. Blue Badge Mobility Tenerife work closely with the main tour operators such as Thompson and First Choice in Tenerife. Just call 0844 5501169 and arrange for the Blue Badge airport wheelchair assistance. This assistance is available to anyone who needs it.

 
 

 

 
 

Q: What if my transport for the return is not there on time?

 
 

A: On your confirmation of booking there will be a telephone number for you to contact if a problem arises or you wish to change you pick up time. Please allow 15 minutes from pick up time before calling the telephone number, this allows for traffic delays and other unexpected circumstances.

 
 

 

 
 

Q: What if I am travelling with a wheelchair? 

 
 

A: When making a booking please use the choice boxes on the booking form to inform us, in order that we use the appropriate transport for your needs. Any information you feel we need to know can be added to the additional information box at the bottom of the booking form.

 
 

 

 
 

Q: Is there an additional charge for my wheelchair?

 
 

A: Due to insurance reasons there is a €5,00 supplement charge for passengers seated in wheelchairs and  mobility scooters..

 
 

 

 
 

Q: Do I need to tip the driver?
